Tero Hänninen

Hello Friend!

I'm Tero, nice to meet you. I work as a Cyber Security specialist. That means I'm a glorified network janitor, perpetual blue team botherer, occasional coder and pretengineer and your all around friendly neighborhood cyberman.

My dayjob is at Orange Cyberdefense; I'm part of their Professional Services team based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

I'm currently Tech Lead for Application Security and AI.

In previous roles, I've done a LOT of blueteam stuff around Security Operations & DFIR for both IT and OT along with various product security and AppSec stints

My free time goes mostly to family and my cocker spaniel Archie, but I'm also part of the Security Fest organizers crew and try to be active in the local InfoSec community when I can.

My off-work passions include specialty coffee, cycling, reading, chess, videogaming, music, racing (F1, Indy, WRC, sim), and ice-hockey.
